Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy
At The Nutrition Store, our goal is simple: make it easier for you to stay consistent with the products you already use — without locking you into something you no longer want.
When you choose a subscription or recurring purchase option on our website, you are authorizing The Nutrition Store to automatically bill your selected payment method and ship your selected product according to the frequency you choose at checkout.
We believe subscriptions should be simple, transparent, and easy to manage.
How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to a product, you will see the purchase terms before completing checkout, including:
- The product you are subscribing to
- The subscription price
- The billing frequency
- Any applicable subscription discount
- The cancellation and modification options
Your subscription will automatically renew based on the delivery schedule you selected unless you pause, modify, or cancel it before your next renewal is processed.
Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or subscription management link provided by email.
Depending on the options available, you may be able to:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your payment method
- Update your shipping address
- Swap products, if available
We do not believe in making customers jump through hoops. If you signed up online, you should be able to cancel online.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription order, cancellation must be completed before the renewal order has been processed. Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel that specific shipment.
Canceling your subscription stops future recurring charges. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or recall an order that has already been processed.
Subscription Discounts
Some subscription products may include a discount as a thank-you for choosing recurring delivery.
Subscription discounts are intended for customers who plan to receive products on a recurring basis. The Nutrition Store reserves the right to adjust, remove, or limit subscription discounts if we determine the subscription option is being misused, abused, or used only to obtain a one-time discount without intent to continue recurring delivery.
That said, we understand that people change their minds, budgets change, and supplement routines evolve. You are always free to cancel future subscription renewals.
Order Processing & Shipping
Once a subscription order renews, it enters our normal fulfillment process. Because we try to ship orders quickly, there may be a limited window to cancel or modify an order after renewal.

Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard return and refund policy.
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges, but it does not automatically refund a previous charge or an order that has already been fulfilled.
If there was a billing error, duplicate order, incorrect shipment, or another issue caused by our system or team, please contact us and we will make it right.
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails, your subscription may be paused, retried, or canceled depending on the subscription system settings.
You may receive email notifications asking you to update your payment information. Your order will not be shipped until payment is successfully processed.
Price, Product, or Formula Changes
Product prices, formulas, flavors, availability, and subscription discounts may change over time.
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, discontinued, reformulated, or significantly changed, we may pause, cancel, or modify the subscription. When possible, we will notify you before making changes that affect your recurring order.
