The market is flooded with supposed pre-workout drinks but anyone that's been using them for years in the gym knows most are truly only effective on people not used to doing anything. Most people that actually go to the gym and need actual ingredients that hit biologic and nutritional reasons for getting you going versus bottles of sugar and caffeine. Then try these if you haven't. Only a handful of good energy pre-workout drinks have come in bottles with marked amounts listed so you can either drink a 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, or full bottle. These drinks have typically been the ones that actually work. Redline in it's prime, American Bodybuilding Carbo Force were two of the best and this Beta Blast is for sure as good or better in my opinion. Taste has never mattered to me if it works but I can say that these do taste great. Highly recommend!

was good to workout but after crashed numb feeling all over nausea abdominal pains everyones body is different might avoid or take small dose moving forward
