DEADLIFT FOR UKRAINE - 7.16.22

To help support the efforts & war over in the Ukraine, we're working alongside our friends at Trifit Barbell & The Upstate Coalition to host a charity deadlift competition. This event will be a deadlift ladder, climbing up to each individuals absolute maximum to last man standing to help raise some money for Med Packs, Body armor, helmets, all the things that are going to the last man standing over in Ukraine.
