Introducing: TNS Athlete Jessica Sedar (IFBB Pro)
Jessica Sedar, 25 years old. Grew up outside of Chicago and moved to Greenville SC from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
I’ve been an athlete my entire life with my focus mostly in gymnastics. Around the age of 20 my interest shifted to weight lifting and endurance training. In 2016 I started to compete in bodybuilding where I went on to earn my pro card at the 2017 NPC Nationals and became the first IFBB Bikini Pro in Wisconsin.
Fitness has been my escape and a form of therapy for me. I use fitness not only to better myself physically but to become stronger mentally as well. Athletics, whether it was practice or the gym, has gotten me through the hardest times in my life. So while some may see the gym as something purely physical, it’s so much more than that for most people.
So what’s next?
As I now make my way to the pro stage after stepping back from competing for 3 years, I couldn't be happier to have TNS supporting me. They also are giving me the opportunity to document my journey along the way. Stay tuned!!
Coming in with a new coach, Paul Revelia from Team Pro Physiques, I’ll be planning to make my pro debut at the IFBB Border Klash on April 3rd in Orlando Florida. From there we’ll continue to compete in order to get the Olympia qualification.
This has been a long time coming and I’ve never been more ready to get on the pro stage now with the best team behind me.
